Sorry but they arent. Siemens phones are old, they've only recently adopted 65k screens, and their interface is terrible.
When i want to look at a picture, i would like to find it in my pictures folder, not in an area called ' Surf & Fun ', when i want to set an alarm clock to go off, i want to look for it in the clock settings, or in an alerts menu, instead of in ' Get in touch ', come on, its a stupid interface. I dont even have to mention the Symbian based SX1, its far too foul to talk about, you know, like the ugly girl at school everyone ignored !

Sure, 8310 and 7210/7250 is great looking phones, but after those it went downhill really fast

i find that price wish they is very little to chose and would guess since nokia dont push the envolope in terms of what they put in there phones that there research cost etc would be lower and would have a high margin
also when you are the leader in your segment you dont have to discount as mouch as you are in demand
both are good companys at what they do in my opinion and i will buy from whoever has a phone that suits my needs at the point i come to purchase
lets not forget both companys are multi national out to make profit

The reason why I never bought a Nokli that the ones that seemed suitable 4 my needs always lacked sth essential: remote /gprs/ modem, IR compatibility, email client or simply friendly price. And these were readily available in SE or Siemens a few years ago! Besides, Nokia tends to leave out sth essential and only the very top ones have them all.
