EVERY GSM phone regardless of what brand and model will tense to have problem to run perfectly.
PEOPLE will start hu ha hu ha....cursing....screaming etc.
BUT DO ANYBODY think "COULD this be my lousy Network provider didn't have a equipment tht is good enough to handle new model???"
(Normally even we choose one provider, we will always hate it due to some god knows reason)
Remember that there's a number of network equipment provider and then there's a number of mobile phone maker......let say if you are using SE phone but your provider is using alcatel or motorola network....there might just having some weird thing.
I still remember I always complain my good old T39 having restart problem for the first 5months when my provider start offering GPRS (I use it too).....
I will just say some of the problem is network related even you guys think those thing have no direct relation.

Normally SE phones have a lot of problems.
Maybe you should all check out the new Nokia 7610. It is just so cool..more of afashion statement with all the features you need.

Oh... and it's obvious that there is something wrong with the K700.
I agree its a fantastic phone - and the owners with nothing wrong with it are lucky.
Just too many bugs to say theres nothing wrong with it

Not at all. Since you're able to assume what you like.. why should i not assume you are stupid ?
The things you say sound stupid, you label every K700i as faulty (i bet you dont even own, nor have ever used one) when i bet you have no real evidence to back it up..
and then you be offensive to everyone by assuming that everyone on this forum are blinded by their love for SE phones.
Just grow up and realise other people have opinions. Just because you think something, it doesnt mean we all have to. Stop being stupid and start seeing things from other peoples point of view.

U two just need to calm down, it is just a phone, without ur friends a phone is useless. So look at the big picture:
Etabb is right about: the people who post in forums are usually people who either hav problems or are prospective buyers. He is allowed to defend the phone if he believes strongly that other people are saying the wrong thing about the K700. The K700 is a phone that he thinks is good and some people are just going to the extreme to complain about it, eg. the '2' key gets stuck, the connection flap is loose after a few flips, i hav no nails to get open the flap.
(btw i also own a K700 too)
mib1800 is right about: yes etabb i think that u are going a little extreme to call someone stupid just coz they said something of their own opinion. But u should apply ur own concept of listening to other peoples opinions to urself, he's also allowed to say what he wants. Also ur just being too aggressive so thats y these things get blown out of proportion.
My opinion on the K700:
Its overall great. I would prefer less user friendlyness since it does slow down the faster more expert phone users, eg. the sms system.
