Thats pants. This time last week you could get a S700 or P910 for free on £30 a month tariff. I was thinking of going for the P910 but I wont now.

In what way? Do you mean during playback or when taking a video?
If you mean during playback then just use the volume control buttons to adjust the volume to the required level. If you mean during capture then I don't think there is a way to adjust the audio beyond altering the noise level of the subject.

Visit the
mobile9 on a PC to have a look at the themes and to obtain the number of the theme you want to download. Then use your S700 to visit the wap verision of the site (http:\\wap.mobile9.com) and follow the instructions, inputting the relevant code to obtain the theme you want.

And aside from the above mentioned differences...
Here in the Phil, prices are dropping for both phones. However, I noticed that I don't see alot of s7 anymore, rumor has it the SE stopped producing the handset. Any of you guys know if this is true and why?
And of course, the controversial "S700" does not have the clock screen saver thing.

You'll spend half of your day browsing their themes. And all of them are for free. I download the .thm files to my PC and just BT them to my phone afterwards.

Salis- Why contrav'sial ? And yes Sony Worlds here atleast aren't selling the S700 anymore. Am not sure of the "why" but the W5 and W9 shouldav sumthin to do with it.
