I get your drift.Like d nija who spends N70k on a phone and does nothing but make calls. Me, functionality is king. I cant go for anything less than a smartphone. Its my office.I dont care 4 brands either (though I am sceptical of moto cos of battery life). This message was posted from a P800

Naturally i really don't like american products. They ave a large market @ home, so they hardly think b4 makin products, their cars r fuel hungry&moto is empty. About sagem, they ave started refocusin. Wit dere all new 607 puegeot sweet car &new sagem. overall there r not diff. 4m northern African. Germany - rugged, Nokia &SE r one of d best. But if not 4 sony in E life, it only b Nokia rulin d fone world. Generally everytin in life has ad & disad my conclusion.

I dont see glo (or any network in nija) making any significant money from MMS. Its so... unexciting... There is no real need 2 send mms on a regular basis. Once they start charging, I predict WAP will rule. WAP offers more interactivity, like this forum..., checking mail.., getting news. Will send all d mms I can b4 nov 1st. After dat, its not worth my money. This message was posted from a P800

But appreciation/embraceing of new product (like Gprs) is very poor, well it's not only in 9ja, but all over d world, take 4 instant 3G fones in England, it is better, so dey say, but d consumers r skeptical bout it. Baba iyabo, has a nice economic plan 4 9ja, but he his goin about it d wrong way, not explainin his thinkin 2 d public enough. Take 4 instance Mtn once dey bring out a product. Dey will run commercials 4 weeks on endin. bcause dey know who dey want 2 reach Nigerian(special sets of people). Well let's wait & see how our dear country will do in democracy. D Europeans r sceptical bcos 3G is not living up 2 xpectatns.Take Glo GPRS here too, its not delivering the promise of 40kbps we hear about. Many times, its less than 8kbps, little different from d speed I get when I connect with my MTN dialup.D only difference here it seems is dat GPRS offers posibilities of much lower costs. Guys, I have given up on MMS. Its worse than WAP. Every1 I send 2 cant retrieve it mostly; plus it times out so often that it tends 2 hang my set when tryn 2 send or receive.Sorry guys, but I just wont bother with glo mms till they get their acts 2gether. This message was posted from a P800
