hmmm... but screaming orgasm doesn't have galliano - it's basically a white russian using different proportions.

1 1/2 oz Bailey's irish cream
1/2 oz Kahlua
Mixing instructions:
Pour first vodka, then Bailey's, then Kahlua into a cocktail glass over crushed ice. Stir. Caution: use only high quality vodka. Cheap vodka can cause the Bailey's to curdle. Test your brand of vodka by mixing 1 Tsp each of vodka and Bailey's first.

@kimcheeboi, most cocktail websites, cocktail experts and mixologists that I know, have basically the same ingredients for Screaming Orgasm and there's no Galliano. Don't shoot me, I'm just a customer.

a biological answer would probably be dirty to describe
a cocktail drink, I don't know much but some say it's a shooter with
equal amounts of amaretto, kahlua and baileys - shaken with ice.
