just for the record,should any se informants/employees read and heed this...any other k7 users experienced the "lazy joystick"defect?since the initial post..8 to 10 associates of mine have encountered similar/same problems.thanks for any feedback esatonians.

I'm having the same problem at the moment, really starting to annoy me now.
I live in Leicester, does anybody know of a service centre to which I can take it to so they can fix it? It's a really good phone, but this is is a pretty fundemental flaw in the design.

Yep and now mines playing up after 6 months. Started with just the left key, now it's complete random.
Beling a mobile game player it is quite annoying.
Going to go to

Centre hopefully Saturday to see what they can do about it.

Well mines now in the shop being repaired + firmware update.
It'll be nice if they gave me an new unbranded one
Now stuck with my work mobile (Nokia 3310).
