They have confirmed it has an active lense cover and support of MS Duo Pro upto 2 GB like K750.
The playbutton, the music mode and the media player seem to be the only difference between K750 and W800 (I guess the camera is the same).
Because of the similarity I guess they have figured out they will sell more if W800 and K750 are not released at same time.

They both have the play/pause button on the top of the phone on the left hand side.
I'd bet money on them being identical phones. The only differences would be the casing, and the W800 having a proper MP3 player ( the K750 having the standard SE media player ), but the W800 having an inferior camera in quality terms.

For what SE call a Walkman phone, i would like to have seen a 2.5 or 3.5mm headphone jack. Instead, we still have to use SE headphones, since it only supports the SE connector.

Jakob Ryden at SE says that the only difference is the music capabilities (media player, music mode etc.). The camera should be exactly the same (but I have not seen any picture taken with W800 to comfirm that). And the ”Mobile Walkman”-button is only available in W800.
Don't know in what way that differ from the button you was referreing to.
