it was too expensive and i didnt want to run the risk of import tax so decided too wait
i have waited ages so another 3 weeks is nothing
plus i will be saving around £100

Maybe I was just unlucky they decided to check inside the item because it was large? (Didnt want terrorist parts etc entering) I dont know. Its worth it though to have it early though.

The Z800 is now out on "3" in Sweden, so I suspect it wont be to long before "3"UK receives its batch.
Having spoken to someone at 3 UK they did confirm that they were doing trials with the phone and they were going well..
I cant wait to see 3 to 4 weeks after you guys get the phone if you will still feel the same way you do for it now...

I got the phone delivered at Midday today! But ive only just been able to get it play with it. My god I think its fantastic! Miles better then my S700i I feel. Just getting used it it all and sorting out the settings. Im in my university library at the moment so il do some pictures later. I havnt been sent a customs form or anything to suggest I need to pay an inport fee either!
Im happy
Just need to wait till the phones released here and ask SE to change the language to an EU one.

Any drawbacks to the S700i? My friend is seriously thinking about getting one and refuses to wait for the Z800 price to fall.
