Well I've been using my K750i for a few days now, and it's not bad at all for the first release. The bugs I have found so far are as follows.

1. Sometimes when I go into the camera, the screen is just white. Closing and reopening the camera sorts this.

2. In a menu where the number of options exactly fills the screen (e.g. Menu > Settings > Calls), when I go down to the last option (Handsfree), then selection box moves inwards and goes smaller.

3. The battery indicator is not accurate. For example, my battery level was showing at 87%, but the indicator was still full.

4. Sometimes, setting a picture as the background causes the phone to reboot.

That's it so far. Nothing major.

My screen went white today. I can't see anything... I'm sending it back to the store, but I need to copy my contacts to the sim card.

Can anyone help me with "directions"? What buttons to click to do it. remember that I can't see the menu.

And can anyone give me the same for a complete reset? Want to try it too.

Earpiece is low, and when sending a pic to my Mac via bluetooth, the phones 'freezes' and I have to remove the battery and restart it.
Other than that......its cool. Still waiting for my upgrade tho and I'll return this one to the store, had to get out a new contract, only for o2 to have a change of heart and send me an upgrade Paid £48 to get out of contract early to get the upgrade.
Why could'nt the o2 shop do that ?
Regarding FW updates, on my o2 branded p900, we could'nt use the SEUS,will probs be the same for the k750i

Yes, I've tried that. I'm getting a new one tomorrow, hopefully that one will work. I'm returning the phone tomorrow as well, so it would be highly appreciated if someone could give me the "directions" for copying my contacts to the sim-card.

My problems so far:

1. Earpiece volume, much less than the K700i and yes I have maxed the volume!
2. When resizing an MMS for sending to other phones (after taking a camera picture), it will freeze though the status bar continues. This is unless it takes longer than 9 hours to resize the picture.
3. If I use Bluetooth between my PowerBook and the K750i, the Activity menu (pressing the Activity menu button) won't appear. Need to reboot to get it back.
4. Squeaky back, though another K750i I have has squeaky keys too, so it's not too bad

Using O2 branded firmware

agree with points 1,2 & 4. on o2 branded k750i

cheers

Hi,

I just got a free upgrade to the K750i (on o2 200...), encountering similar bugs to people here (white screen when in camera... occasional freezes, flushed colours...)

but the biggest annoyance imo is the fact that the phone is so creaky - when i press buttons or squeeze the back, creak creak creak... i've noticed that when the battery cover is off i can actually shift the whole back cover of the phone up and down with my fingers! Perhaps a T6 screwdriver could sort this problem out...but it's just annoying me...
