no lol, but i do have 2 contracts with them lol. Nah honestly, i'v never had trouble with them before, when you sign up 2 weeks later they call you, and ask how your finding your phone and if there is anything else they can do to you, then they offer me a free service too. lol
One major thing about orange that keeps me with them, is conference calling, orange is the only network that allows you to have upto 5 people on the line at the same time, and the cost will just come off your allocation of free mins. No additional set up charges and any other charges that other networks place on the customer. ok ok i'l stop now, but nah i don't work for orange. But they do provide a good service, better than 02, voda are too expensive and t mobile, well they don't really have great handsets and are always slow in bringing new handsets out.

i don't work for orange lol, but they do have what is known as orange value promise, which they will match any deal from other networks, my advice go into orange store and tell them you want them to match your deal, and you may get it.

I'm on o2 from the CPW and my k750i is unbranded. I got upgraded from my P800 a week ago.
The first few days were fine, no crashing etc, but now..... argh its soo annoying! I woke up the other morning to find my phone off, i had to take the battery out and put it back in again, then realised it was 12pm and i was meant to be working!
Earlier on today i looked at my phone to see the screensaver clock said 10.55, then i went to use the phone only to find it had froze! Once again the battery had to come out ans reset the phone. When the phone came back on it was 13.20
The phone is brilliant but
seriously need to fix the problems on phones before they release them!

1. they didnt brand there handsets
2. they gave u ... 1000(!) mins off peak call time and 500(!) txts for the small cost of £20 a month! (my current o2 contract)
oh yeah, just orderd my k750 from a diffrent web site and not o2 direct, should get it tomorrow before 1pm! wooohooo!!! cant wait!

Well next week, i am going back to the samsung d500, i sold it, when i shouldn't have, and had the k750i for a week, where i had it replaced 4 times with vodafone before giving in and cancelling the contract. But listen to this, the deal i am getting is 1000 cross network mins from orange for £11.99 a month for the 1st 6 months, free d500 or 6230i, the normal price for 1000 cross network mins is £75 a month. I am getting this through a retailer in bradford called airtel. So i'l be happy with that, and once all problems are fixed with the k750i, i'l buy it sim free and use my orange sim in it, by that time the handset will be knocked down to £150, unless new handsets tempt me there way.

On the O2 website it now say this
Order now for delivery week commencing 20th June
So i am guessing they are sending them then and not later. Finally they admit a date they are sending them out!

They say 20th ( ish ) but still not 100% sure if they sendin them out on that date !!!!!! ( According 2 the guy @ sales this afternoon )
Still we all can wait 4 them 2 get it SORTED !!!!!
