Nothing new really. All new phones got DRM today...
If you download a java game you can't copy it to other phones, it will be the same with the music you download from Napster.

Unless stated otherwise DRM should only apply to the ringtone anyhow. no fuss really when you're using it as a music player.
It's also upto the operators software wether or not its actually used.

It is incredible what SE packs into their new phones. I think their new line is really underestimated because too many people are focused on memory and megapixels while so much other features that have been long on wishlists finally appear. Come on guys read those feature lists!

The S600i is no longer going to be made as such. Instead we will get the W550i and the W600i. Both are walkman phone with 256mb ram. They both have the same case as the S600i (except in orange and white). The W600i is quad band and has EDGE and the W550i is tri-band.
