Can someone please tell me what ammo to go with to O2, I was just upgrading and complained that a simple upgrade to the K750i would be £79.99. The lady then straight away offered me it for £29.99, 3 months with £10 off my current tarriff (online 100).
Trouble is they are good for matching deals but I don't know any deals to hit them with.
I accepted her offer but I can obviously cancel first thing tomorrow. Please help , help very much appreciated.

Well I called up, i must say they did not argue much for a good deal, maybe I should have haggled some more. She offered me 500xnet mins, 200 text messages for £15 a month. I was pretty happy.

damo,
That's an alright deal, as you will see from my earlier posts I ended up with the following:
K750I FOC
500 text
500 mins
£15 per month (which has turned out to be £10 per month)
My girlfriends contract ends today so guess who'll I'll be calling later

I don't know how you got 500 texts as the woman said she did not even have that on her system to offer, most she was able to do and that was with management auth was 300. 200 texts as a free bundle and 100 as a loyalty thing. I mean at the end of the day I won't go over that anyway so I'm happy and still only paying £15 a month.
She said there is a deal that is 500 mins xnet off peak and 500 texts but that was no use to me.
Also M8cky is yours still a managed online deal? Or is yours standard paper billing etc and call )2 from your handset for free.

Mines an online deal.
My minutes are also Xnetwork.
I suppose it's who you speak to, the girl I spoke to didn't even go and ask for authorisation. I told her the 3 had offer me it and that I'd like my pac code and she came straight back with "I'l match it".
You just have to hang in there and be prepared to 'look like' you will walk away......

Anyone know good accessories for the K750i, have been on ebay and you can get a body cell jacket for it and car charger for just under a tenner.
Also what about the data cable and stuff, any advice gratefully received.

@damo: thats o2 customer service 4 u! however you still got a pretty good deal and the handset for free
regarding accessories - try and keep this thread to the topic - if you search there are many posts on accessories and cases and things for the K750. A USB data cable for the K750 is INCLUDED in the box so you won't have to buy that.

I got the handset for £45, no line rental.
I only pay for what texts/calls/gprs I use. pretty good deal if you only want the handset.
