I've got R1CB001 and the I've tried this radio issue:
If you disconnect the headset during radio listening the phone waits for 8 seconds. If you reconnect during this time it will continue, after 8 second the radio icon disappears, so it won't continue.
So please try if this time is increased in the new firmware and if so how long?

well this is certainly a strange request but in the spirit of Esato I timed from the moment I pulled the plug to the moment the radio icon dissapeared and it took 13 seconds for each of my 3 tests
I'm not entirely sure how I will use that statistic in future

I just switched to English menus on my EU4 (generic Nordic) K800i, to get proper names of menus &c in this post, and in the English Internet menu this link is not present.

Is the radio thing really to be considered a new or improved feature? I'm on R1CF001 and radio stays active for 10 seconds after pulling the plug. The phone came with this firmware when bought first week of August.

The ability to search for an Email address from the contacts has been there since day one! Same was evident on W800/W810/W900 etc.

Removed Radio restoration from the first post. There seems to be either no difference of a negligable difference between firmware versions.
