Sorry to say this,your'e talking out of in-experience...i can see from the posts you've contributed...
Its the skill and technique dat counts,not the camera or software...
It like giving a Rossi's M3 to a 10yr old kiddie....

Different settings for different outcomes...do play around with settings..n for sharpness,you do have shaky hands....everyone does...macro has its limits bro....for nite mode,every camdriver do suffer from noise in darker areas....

Juz my two cents....

There isn't a best version, its up to you what is the best, like i like the video from 9.91 but i love the quality and the pictures you get from 2.4, a few pages back you will see sum photos that Quickshare took and they are turely the best pics i have ever seen with a camera phone.

I have to agree with some of you saying that you have to walk through selected drivers to know which one works best for you. It's almost like meaningless to ask "which one is the best so I can just use that one without trying others (and going through 60+ pages of this thread)". Driver is not all about taking pictures from the phone: technique counts a lot, so does personal preference. I found out after going through 60+ pages that I am just a beginner type .

Honestly, it's quite fun (even though time-consuming) to go through this thread. It's like reading a novel. I got to know why one particular version is created and why it's later modified and what strength each driver has. I got to see those great pictures taken by our experts. That's a great learning experience . Thanks to all who have contributed to this and all other driver/FAR moddings.

To set video recording to 15fps shall i set

VR_NORMAL_MODE_FR=3c

correct?

17fps lacks a bit of details...
