does it come with a facebook app?
The one on the newer 705 series seems VERY nice.
I'm considering this device but I need to know the following:
1> Software buttons (left & right) - how solid are these?
2> speakers, just how good are they at full volume? Bass response good? Any comparison to other manufacturers phones?!
3. Just how fast is browsing on WiFi with NetFront 3.5 browser that ships with all SE phones?!
4. GPS; I've read specs stating its aGPS with the GPS chipset. Is there ANY PROGRAM that allows me/you to store map data onto the M2 card and then use that map data with satellite information. I can do this on my N85 so I'm looking to do the same. I don't need turn by turn navigation.
THanks.

1. The buttons are quite solid from what I heard.
2. Best on an SE and possibly the market.
3. It should be fast I think.
4. I think that is possible.

Notice how lightly the word amazing is being used above.
I would rather not pay for any apps and get "friendly" ones

lol. Id get the W995 simply because it can multitask (not just run music player in background but actualy run multiple apps).
I wouldn't say multitask as apposed to app switching. Yes you can run music player in the background; but you cannot run MS exchange sync live while playing a gaming app. When you run a J2ME app, and switch to another, that first J2ME app awaits in the background - unless its an email app with a fetch function - but for the most part it doesn't fully multitask. Apps in the background rarely update the data.
Show me two valid apps J2ME or capuchin that run in the background and update data while running another. Unless JSR271 finally gets authored and delivered we'll still need smartphones.

Excellent! Thanks for the fast feedback! Actually I'm using HPM-72 earbuds with my N85 right now ... lol - SE still hasn't left me thus far.
I forgot to ask ... any improvement on the calendar/task/memo app since the K850i and other A2/A1 devices before it? SE really needs to IMPROVE this and SOON if not 2yrs ago!

I been reading good comments about this phone everywhere with not many bugs. Seems alot of SE new phones are starting to have not quite so many bugs now upon release as with the c510 when i had that. Must be getting better.

Well theres MXit which is a sort of IM app, very popular down here in SA, and it updates itself while in the background, but i do get what you mean, i just prefer to have multiple web browsers open, IM and music, the iPhone just cant do that, then again SEs are useless at this when you start running heavier apps, thats why i prefer my S60, but between a iPhone and W995 id take the one that gets me as close to proper multitasking as it can,and that's the W995, IMO.

Apparantly with iPhone being hacked its very capable of multitasking ... like a whole new world!! I just don't like touch only ... on a hot summer day with aloe vera gel or cream on my skin and thus i'd leave oils or smudges across the screne. (I have dry skin, very common trait for those of us of african desent). Also many times I'd like to navigate through the menu effortlessly - sometimes without having to look at the phone as Ive grown up to look where I'm going [no BB helmet syndrome; now the iPhone helmet syndrome].
I've totally forgot about IM apps written in Java ... I used to use another one ... cannot recall the name right now; ah eBuddy and it was solid! However it burned through battery life on the K850i in less than 3 hours of solid chatting.
