Hej Ron. Congretulations. Nice review. Changes for media, like EQ settings, creating playlists, is done in media-player with open phone. Shuffle and loop play are available through closed-touch-media.

I'm having problems with my Aino's Wifi... It gets to connect to my home network but disconnects after a few seconds, then auto-connects again then disconnects, etc. I noticed too that when it disconnects, it messes up the connections of the other wifi stuff around it and disconnects them from the network, like the computer's and the W995 sitting beside it. Any thoughts?

This could be down to your router or home network setup. if they're using different standards eg 801.11b/g/n then the whole network will downgrade to the lowest connection, like using different RAM modules in a PC. If your home network is on 'n' for example and your Aino connects up at 'g' then all your network will have to downgrade speed and performance. Your router may handle that change by disconnecting them and trying to reconnect them. There may be settings in your router/access point that can help you also.
Otherwise, you may have a faulty Aino. Mine has connected to all the networks that I've tried it on excluding my work wifi, but I know that has problems accepting unknown connections for security reasons.
Hope this helps.

I've not faced that problem in my Aino, but you can try to reflash again with SEUS... It may help

Drove one and a half hours to a reliable phone shop to get a cheap, unlocked, unbranded Aino, only to be told that their stock was Optus Branded >:( (I'm with Three)
Was unhappy with that result, so drove all the way back home. Wasted 3 hours pretty much. (And a lot of Modern Warfare 2 play time) Nowhere in Australia has an unbranded Aino as they appear to be exclusive to Optus at this point in time.
However, the person at the store is going to save one for me and have it unbranded, it's going to cost me more but it's still cheaper then anywhere else in Aus. He tells me the warranty will be maintained.
Got a hands-on though (and a first-hand look at horrific Optus branding

), device feels great in hand, screen is gorgeous and display was ultra-sensitive (I'm used to 5800's resistive screen), I loved the UI to be honest, so stylish
I should be collecting it this weekend. I'm praying that Remote Play and Internet Browsing will work via 3G with this phone because I will be losing out on some very important features if they don't work.

Hi,
I've not had a chance to try the Media Go software yet, but I was wondering if someone can advise me on something.
Like I said, I've not really moved any videos yet, but when I connected by phone on Media Go it only brings it up as a media storage device. I can't see any reference to it being an Aino. Does the software still detect this and convert the video size automatically, etc, or do I have to set it as an Aino from within the program?
Thanks,
