red_ryder>- If it is for other type of upgradings, yes, SE service points would able to do it. But if it is for MMS upgrading, as far as I know, only Kallang and GoldHill are able to do it. Best is to call them and check with them if you want to confirm it. Pls do tell me if I am wrong. Thks!

Tony, could you clarify what is MMS upgrading? If I just want to upgrade the T68m to T68mi, can I do it at any service center (i.e. Jurong Point)?

She's already there at GOLDHILL. :-) However the guy said it will take 2 hours to upgrade. I had this impression it would only take 30 minutes to an hour. Do you know anyone there that can help speeden up the process? Its her last day in singapore and she still has meetings to attend to. I bet she's annoyed with me right now for making her wait that long. By the way thanks for all your help TonyG.:-) This post was posted from a T68i

red_ryder>- MMS upgrading is the same term as upgrading of T68m sw to T68mi sw. This is due to "i" version sw had the MMS input. Sorry, I don't think so Jurong Point Service Point will be able to do the upgrading for you. It is better for you to go to GoldHill or Kallang. Or else you will be wasting your trip going there.(Jurong Point)

MFB>- The differences between the "i" and the "ie" sw is "ie" not only had the English T9 input and the "ie" sw also had one additional game more than "i". And I presumed that your "ie" sw is the latest R2E006 which most of the "mi" sw are R2B only. Congratulations, you had your "mc" upgraded sucessfully.

Rgds,
