What happened for yours k850 ? brod ? Hardware damage ?

Hey everybody. I got my SE K850i today and I am very dissapointed. It restarts and shuts down by itself at random times etc.
It's a vodafone edition and the only think I can think of doing is debranding. So can you guys please help me out.
First of all, I checked the tutorial on A2 uploader and understand it completely. All I need to know is if the following FS, Main and Custpack is right for me. I live In South Africa and my phone needs to be in english.
I got these files from iprotebe:
>K850_R1FA035_FS_Extracted.rar
>K850_R1FA035_MAIN_GENERIC_SO_RED52.rar
>K850i_1201-0150_R11A_GENERIC_S-CENTR-AFR.zip
Also, what is EROM and do I need it?

1) Download CDA Generator (
http://bboyzahid.07x.net/index.htm )
2) generate your cda ( america )
3) Open A2 uploader locate tpa/present/custom
and place that customize_upgrade.xml ( from cda generator folder ) there
4) Run SE Update service ( download :
http://www.sonyericsson.com/c[....]s/detailed/updateservice/k850i )
5) update phone
Then you should have latest software with english language ...

i remember reading it on the forum some where. but i have no idea how to remove it.

Yes, there is and I pulled it out using a paper clip.
The latest and most stable firmware available right now is R1FA035

i have K850_R1FA035_FS_AMERICA_RED52 and K850_R1FA035_MAIN_GENERIC_SO_RED52 and K850i_1202-5762_R4A_GENERIC_AMERICA_modded_by_pippin.
i'm form Argentina and i use spanish language in my phone.
