i did transfer all contacts from my old 810i but birthday reminders did not automatically go into calendar even though they are there in the contacts. even if i press edit and save it again, it does not come up on calendar. any cure exists to this?

It doesn't come up coz the date already passed.. Try to set it again on the next birthday in this or next year then it will be repeating again as usual.. Works on mine though..

before it would always come up automatically every year, like when someone's birthday is 1-july-1970 then every 1 july the calendar has it... at least so it was in my three previous SE phones, but this time it just didnt set up itself..
actually saw someone else asking this same thing regarding another SE phone on this forum, so i wonder if thats a known glitch or some exceptional issue...

Or maybe you have to delete the birthday and set it again.. But it takes time.. Have u tried to syncronize your phone through pc? There must be easier way.. Gud luck

I had same problem,
I have to DELETE the birthday and re-enter it again "not just edit" to add it in calender view as birthday.
When sync. with computer "using MyPhoneExplorer" it added to the calender as recurrent appointment.

R1FA035 update available via SEUS for W890i, will delete all personal data in phone. Dunno whats new.
