What are the differences of a plain T68i, to a T68ie from a T68ic? I'm really confused. Could you site the physical differences as well as their features theat makes them different from one another? Thanks a lot!

Just had my trusty T39's firmware upgraded at Smartnet. It took an hour to finish...
Anyway, my question is: how come it will take 4 working days to have my T39 tested? (according to the person I talked with) The real reason why I brought it to Smartnet is to have a technician see if there's anything wrong with my unit -- it sometimes refuses to receive calls and when I insert my hands-free, the phone sometimes does not automatically switch to hands-free profile...
IMHO, 4 days without a phone is too long (besides,l does it *really* take 4 days to do diagnostics?????)

T68ic is what the singaporeans in esato calls their converted t68mc; they took out the m and replaced it with i. C is chinese.

bernieJ, regarding your t39 the reason why it takes 4 days to diagnose your phone we need to observe your phone coz some phone works on its 1st to 2nd days. But initally our turn around time is 1 to 2 days especially in this case, 3 to 4 days is the maximum repair. Anyway can i have your service card number so i can follow personally to our service technician. Thanks!

i find the service of smartnet to be consistent and excellent. kahit nung umpisa pa na hindi pa nila kilala na taga-esato din ako, mahusay pa rin ang serbisyo.
You can try the other service points, ikaw na bahala mag-compare ng service nila afterwards. (there's semicon and SESS. check their respective threads for addresses and contact information)

I understand that it may take some time to really diagnose my phone but I cannot afford to have no means of communication for more that half a day...
After the firmware upgrade (almost 24 hours later), I have still to experience the symptoms I enumerated in my previous post and it has seamlessly recognizes my hands-free so far.
BTW, I have another question: How come when I set my SMS Access to GPRS, messages always gets unsent? I used to be able to do this when my phone was new...
