Nope. It's SE's warranty. It would be alot cheaper if it was AP warranty.

What I've learnt from my experience of buying these phones, always check the warranties, and also that if they offer any items or anything after the given price have been confirmed, don't take it. f**kers are trying to con you.

Depends on individuals actually. I deal with VS Com lots of times lately and I always get Ori stuff.
