Same thing happened to me a while ago when I had my Globe MMS activated...couldn't access gprs..."Gprs parameters not supported"... whole morning till around 4pm until I filled out the T68's Globe gprs setting of the APN to
www.globe.com.ph (which previously worked even without the APN)
Everthing is working fine now.

Berr- its the simcard-globe problem, i exchanged my sim to the I, yung i naman ayaw mag connect. I applied MMS earlier, that might be the case

In your t68 Go to Connect > Data comm. > Data Account > Your Globe gprs name (not GlobeMMS) > Edit
Under APN type
www.globe.com.ph
You'll be surprised it would now be supported and your MMS through Globe would also work already.
