@Kucibubu : Ok I'll walk you through this one...

Once you've clicked on 'My Devices' now just select 'New Device'. As I said the phone will now search for and bluetooth devices which are 'visable' in the surrounding area. If there are any within range they will be displayed on the screen, you can then select to send data to them.

I haven't managed to 'Bluejack' anyone on the T610 yet, but on the the T68 to send messages to people you had to create a business card and send that...

i've tried sending t68i notes to my friend's 3650. it gets through but it displays misc. infos such as headers as well.

I wanted to make a Bluejack application using Mophun (since it can access Bluetooth) but there doesn't seem to be a way to crack the Mophun certification which is needed to run the program on the phone. Here's the thread...
