its no error. Most normal telephone numbers (that I know of) start with zero and that zero gets removed when you are dialling it from another country. As always there are some exceptions like the 1800 and 13 numbers in Australia and the new 118 numbers in uk etc etc but it is standard to remove the leading zero if there is one when you are prefixing with the country code
