Correct me if I'm wrong but this is the way to calculate AFAIK

That was expected. 4.2.2 for Z was prepared long back. And besides how can we expect new UI on Z before Honami/Togari ? That makes no sense.
Z may get the Honami UI features in 5.0 update.
