So Paris definitely has UIQ 3.3 now according to that article (Eldar lied again). So if they can change the software, surely they can change the processor and things too for the final release. I honestly believe Paris won't have the 208 mhz cpu we all have been told it has. These people with the prototypes don't seem to know anything about the final spec, as Eldar has shown in the last week or two. I wouldn't trust a word said until we have an announcement.

a little patience wont hurt people. once its announced, then you can complain if need be....

Of course Eldar is always a man of ambiguity
If SE was able to command HTC to replace the 128Mb ram chip to 256Mb one for the X1, a modification which is hardware level - then i think it'll be also possible for SE to change the processor type used on the early prototype to a faster and more advanced one to compensate with further modifications done on the development of paris

If you have ever seen esato math genius's calculations based on the pic provided in the video, you'll definitely say it's 2.8"

AFAIK, Eldar never said it's wont's be UIQ 3.3, he just said non of the prototypes he saw ( or heard ) has UIQ 3.3, all of them UIQ 3.0 and the exact same version of UIQ 3.0...
If you read about UIQ 3.3 dillama here, you will know that UIQ 3.3 it self won't be ready untill Q3, so it's somehow possible that this is the reason all prototypes has UIQ 3.0 not 3.3
and maybe again maybe for that reason all those prototypes are using 208MHz, I think UIQ 3.3 with all it's glory will need faster CPU, and
decided to save that for the final thing...

its only good if its VGA, not QVGA, because imo QVGA looks like crap on 2.8"
