Symbian does suck and thats why I just cannot make up my mind which phone to get... Think I will wait until SPB brings out the new mobile shell (also working on Symbian and Android) and check out how well that fares on the Vivaz Pro. If you want a Qwerty in a compact design choices are slim at the moment.
Does the High end market really only require 4 inch touchscreens at the moment? Even HTC hasn't produced a proper qwerty phone this year? I mean whats up with that? Is everybody waiting for Windows 7? And why the hell is nobody producing Adroid Qwertys (X10 mini don't count
)
I know me ravelling on must be annoying, but I am just trying to find out what is going on in the minds of the manufacturers.
Badassmam, you usually have some slick information of future phones (not only SE), anything in the pipes?

I am a bit confused by the Vaio mobile device. I know the brand is strickly Sony and the author mentions Sony and SE in a confusing manner, at least to me that is.
Would this be a Sony only initiative or is Sony letting SE use the Vaio brand in their next phone?
I just wish people coul differentiate better between Sony, Ericsson and Sony Ericsson.

Now, there is a Sony led collaboration but I can't say if its mobile or not. The Vaio stuff must be a netbook. There is a phone to 'rival' the iPhone which is meant to be high end, this is not the 'Vivaz Walkman'. I don't know anything about this, for all I know it could be WP7 with PS3 support and nothing else.

for sure. It would not surprise me if there was a PSPhone with downloadable games but I can't see it having a CD drive. A PSP2 would take priority because the original was a mega hit. A PSPhone would also have 99% Sony hardware, 1%
There is little information about this. I think the PSP Go made into a phone would be a good thing but PlayStation is very precious to Sony. Its way too big for
to mess up so personally, I doubt this mega device will be this daring. PS1 games on a mobile would be a decent achievement.

UI simplicity? cause basically that's about what the iPhone has that the other manufacturers don't (not including the app store, of course). I can't wait for this...are we going to see it this year?
