Samsung right on time with this update, they said October and here they are delivering in October, many Android OEMs like LG, Sony, ZTE etc... Should be taking notes here.
Some of them were very quick to say they'll update their phones to 4.3 and then went very quiet.

The GS2 recieved Android Jellybean before the Xperia S despite the GS2 being a 2011 model.
If thn GS3 gets 4.3 even before the Xperia Z1, Xperia Z Ultra, LG G2, Optimus G Pro etc... that will be so embarrassing.

I wonder how it's 2nd Half 2013 Android rivals are doing, after it's 1st half rivals failed horribly and are already forgotten about. The cycle continues it seems.
