Press event for Sony at CES is January 6th, at 17:00 local time, which is pacific standard time, so 17:00 would be 2 am in Europe. Guess I won't be watching it live this year during the stream.

This silence can look bad if you are here every single minute of the day (I'm not saying someone actually do this lol), but Esato servers are going to blow once the devices are shown.
Completely new devices, that no one had no idea about. Has this ever happened before, with a big OEM with a flagship? Last year we knew basically everything about the Nexus 5 and Moto X, oh and Xperia Z, of course . The event to show it was almost a formality only.

With the announcement of the Z1 mini virtually a dead cert for CES I wonder how many people who took a 2 year plan will want to upgrade from their Xperia S. (wow it almost 2 years since its announcement) to the Z1 mini. XPERIA S - 64mm x 128mm x 10.6 mm and weighs 144g
XPERIA Z1 mini - 65 mm × 127mm × 9.4mm and weighs 140g
Both 720p displays @ 4.3“ and 342 PPI it's really only down to internal hardware were these 2 differ manly the CPU and camera.

Chinese version (M51w).And, we could see , in CES, the Z1 mini
International version. Is it right?
