Actually plasma flash is just dual led but brighter. It has nothing to do with the plasma light that you can find on youtube.

About the xenon light advancement, there is actually a thinner one coming at the end of next year. Actually it is the capacitor that makes the phone bulky, not the light bulb itself. From regular 5 mm cylindrical capacitor, it has now become 1 mm thick, square in shape. So if Honami does not get Xenon Flash, dont worry as it is just the beginning of good thibgs to come

I hope you're not serious, if what you claim is true then why are our cameras still using xenon flash?

Though frankly I don't see a reason why Sony can't put a Xenon in Honami. Nokia managed to fit a 1/1.2" sensor + Xenon in the EOS and it is 10mm thick(thinnest point). Honami uses a smaller sensor and thinner LCD etc so it should be no issue

I trust that Honami will have Xenon flash, I believe Sony is not stupid enough to put a lame tech on their so called show-off flagship

I think Sony is between flat design or xenon with a hump.

Everything's looking wonderful for Sony right now; seems like PS4 is going to destroy Xbox One, Xperia Z Ultra and Honami sound so promising, I guess they have a lead over other manucacturers in 4k and they are also doing well in box office

Sony, if you are hesitating between flat design and xenon flash, please listen to the numerous people here and do both: just make the honami thicker, i think we will all be happy with the best cameraphone and you can add some battery.

Then, put a "plasma" led flash in the smaller footprint ray3/mini honami/iphone competitor, so it can be thin and light.

Thank you
