Is there anyone here using unison? I have been using it for a couple of days, it has been running constantly during this time.
I've just come in now and the 20 files that were currently downloading are now static. There isn't anything wrong with my internet connection. So wondered if it was the program at all? Whatever i seem to do when it is open ie press and option or anything i get the coloured wheel spinning and in the dock it shows as not responding.
I just don't want to force quick unless i know the files will still be there when i restart it?

FYI, Apple has acknowledged the freezing problem on the new iMacs. Admitting one has a problem is the first step towards solving it
http://www.macworld.com/news/2007/10/04/imac/index.php
Also, I convinced Apple to send me a replacement iMac. How best to transfer everything to this new machine from the old? Some have suggested running through the new Mac setup without transferring anything, then re-creating User accounts, then reinstalling apps from scratch, then copying data to those accounts. It's rumored this helps avoid the "freezing." Thoughts?
