But I swear, Globe SM City has a terrible, terrible customer relations service! At first this bespectacled guy (who's a smooth talker) denied any rebate promo (Marketing handles it daw... ha!whatever) Then this bitchy female kept telling all sorts of fllimsy excuses and nearly turned her back on me. I really cut her down to size. I think her name is Net or Nat... basta a short name. The Saving grace in globe SMCity was JC Baldivia. She was very accommodating and responsive to all my questions. Hats off to her and two thumbs down to Globe SM city. BTW: it took me about 40 minutes to complete my transaction.
