Am using this trick since 1 month... I dont have Nokia 6600. I have Sony Ericsson w 550i.
When you connect to PC then Test the internet speed & post it here.

i m in J&K
hav got 6600 with latest firmware v 5.53
cels with edge show good speeds-avg f 11kBps !!!
Nokia 6630 is a perfct match in mind n money(just arnd 13k)
my bro has that cell
but he dsnt giv me often!!!
my next wil directly b a i mate k jam .
I like fast workin things
thts y i like n1100 than n6600 in that sense !!!
