The 3G signal isn't that great anymore in my area due to more development in the area, so the phone unnecessarily works harder and uses more battery power to find and keep a good signal so just decided to turn it off.
Yep they are, soon we won't need PCs unless you're a heavy gamer
As far as i know the built-in browser on the newer S60 phones like N95-8gb and N81 they don't support Wap,just XHTML AND HTML.
My 3.5G keeps fluctuating in my area too,
I thought it was down to the bad weather latel
some calls though are terrible recentley I think Vodafone need to check there transmitters round here, mindyou im quite far out from the city
Would explain why no WAP was visible then while browsing this place then lol..
is it true that the N96 wil have the same battery in it as the N95-1?
bit crap aye?

imo any kind of smartfone looks ok in black or maybe silver ( but the last one looks cheap for me ) it has to be a dark colour. or maybe the beige, as for e61.

@ Miss UK

i also thought it was bad weather on my side, but our house is in a Valley where there's a lot of development and network traffic now, i also think Vodacom (Vodafone of SA) needs to check their transmitters here, on some days they can be awfuly slow!
Yep N96 will come with that weak N95-1 battery, yet the N78 is going to come with the 1200mAh N95-2 battery lol

I'm about to buy this phone in maybe a week or so. I'm going to buy the N95 8GB made in Finland - US Version. I live in Latinamerica. My question is : I plan to move to Europe later on this year. So, will this N95 8GB - US Version work properly in Europe????
Also, when installing applications to the N95 8GB what does it mean when an Application is Signed or Unsigned??????
Sorry about these questions, they may be obvious to you but I'm kinda new in Nokia. I've been a SE user since my 1st cell & in my country ppl doesn´t buy Nokia, so...
Thanks in Advance !!!

Gucci, it's prob gottabe exspected..
nothing can be 100% for ages lol
to say we exspect coverage all the time would be ludacris afterall but still hail yeah sort it out Voda whatever
I find it quite amusing that Nokia are sticking the old battery in that thing,
I guess alot of angry customers will be going ape cos the phone doesn't last too long? mindyou it's bout to outkill the N80
