As careful as I am I don't mind....

Personally I feel the covers are a nuisance at times. The protection is good, however if your careful you should be fine without it.

@reo - I definitely would agree with you mate ! That's why my K800 then just lasted for a week or two in my hands and replaced it with (2) units: K618i (2 MP + 3G) and my fourth-K750 last year . . .

There's an S710 (black) - right How does it differ with the Silver S700?

The main difference was the S710a was tri-band + EDGE for the Americas (850/1800/1900); S700i was the "other" tri-band. S700i had an FM radio, S710a did not. And of course, S700i was silver, S710a was black with chrome accents.

I don't know about the S700i, but the S710a was crap.

@Hlcn Twst

One thing is for sure allthough the S710a was not quad band, it has an awesome camera.

The 1.3 MP can go head to head with any 2.0 MP cam with the right photagrapher of course.

The camera was awesome only when the UI woke up and got back on its hamster wheel. I lost count of how many good shots I lost because the S710a was too damned slow to take the picture soon enough after pressing the shutter button

. . . well at any rate, I still admire the 1.3 MP cam on the S700 up to this very day ! REO was right in saying there that images taken with the S700 is comparable with the those - 2 MP camfones.

Nothing special - more cat pics. Indoor one came out a bit grainy.

@hlcn - Nice interior-shots . . . clean backyard too. Will that kitty be char-broiled soon

Aw, c'mon, don't miss with kitty now

I can't take credit for the backyard. I live in a townhouse community. All of the exterior work is done for us. In fact, our cat's sitting on our neighbor's grill

Y'all inspired me to take some more shots - these were taken during my brief rests along my bike ride today.
