mga gano katagal magpa-update ng firmware? reliable ba yung sa semicon? nagtanong kasi ako sa semicon sa sm southmall, meron daw silang ganoong service. ok kaya sa kanila?

I don't trust semicon (pls. check the semicon thread for more gripes and horror stories). I upgraded mine in SE Solutions here in Makati (they also have a thread here). Took only a few hours. Pero taga-south ka. Are you willing to travel?

sa smartnet ako pumunta. hinanap namin ng girlfriend ko kanina. kasi may nagbigay ng directions don (di ko napansin yung name, nagpost lang din dito. thanks nga pala sa kanya, para don sa directions).
ok ang service don. wala pang 1hour yung pag-ayos sa P800 ko, tapos masaya pa yung mga tao. except for the cashier, siguro may period. ang taray e. hehehe!
R2F na yung firmware ko sa wakas. chaka hindi na nagloloko (ok na yung mga corrupt messages, nwala na. chaka dami ding nadagdag na features)
ok sa smartnet, may parking pa sa likod. chaka buti hindi ako naligaw. wala kasi akong alam sa part ng makati na yon. puro edsa-arnaiz at edsa-ayala lang alam ko. yung mga papuntang glorietta lang at greenbelt. hehe!
may video recorder na app ba? sino meron? pa-email naman po. salamat!

Kung fone nyo ay SE dapat sa SE service center kyo pumunta don't rely on Semicon. Bulok talaga trabaho nila. Bka pag nag pa upgrade kyo dadami na ang sira and you'll be back again and again hanngang sa mabwisit kayo. Take it from me. BAD EXPERIENCE WITH SEMICON>

ano ang pinakamalaking capacity ng memory stick duo na pwdeng ilagay? hanggang 128mb lang ba? o yn na yung pinakamalaking msd at the moment?
one more thing... safe to use ba yung ir remote control application? nakakaaliw kasi, pwde mo control-in yung tv mo from your mobile phone. kaso ntatakot ako baka masama pala yun para sa phone.

badtrip. di ko alam na ganyan pala service ng semicon. nagpaupgrade ako 3 wks ago. wala naman problem phone ko. gusto ko lang maging r2f. no choice ako iwan kasi i live out of town. pinadala ko lang sa sm city semicon. ngayon dami ko dahilan naririnig na may sira daw unit ko, pero wala naman akong problem sa unit. sabi lang nila naka forward na raw sa ericsson for replacement. bad trip talaga tapos gusto nila 3wks pa ako maghintay para makuha unit ko. total of 6 WEEKS!!!!! upgrade lang ang gusto ko.
