Here is another piece of info. Only the silver version will be be available initially at all SE dealerships. The blue one will come later.

I met a PR guy who represented Sony Ericsson when Telia in Mobilia here where I live, had a Sony Ericsson evening for two weeks ago. He was the only one with K700 and it seems like I was the first and only one who ever had a chance to test Sony Ericsson K700. Once I started to talk with him, he soon realized that I use to hang in forums like this one so he understood how eager I was to get my hands on K700. Therefore he promised me to be one of a very few people to get the K700 at the end of May.
Rest of you will have to wait to mid and end June.

Tento model mobilniho telefonu patri mezi aktualne uvedene nove produkty Sony Ericsson. V soucasne dobe probihaji jednani ohledne moznosti a podminek distribuce telefonu K700 v Ceske republice. Konecny termin distribuce zatim nebyl stanoven, nelze tedy uvest oficialni datum. Podle predbeznych informaci by se vsak melo jednat o druhou polovinu roku 2004, obdobim cervence, srpna pocinaje.

This answer I got when I asked our local representation of SE here in Praha, CZ. ....blah...blah....blah.....Final date of distribuiton for CZ market was not stated, therefore we cannot state the exact date, but according preliminary infos it should be in the 2nd half of the year 2004, resp. July, beginning of August.
She was talking for CZ market, so I am sure K700 will hit shelves s bit sooner somewhere...

didn't find anything concerning a tour at sonyericsson.com/at
do you know if they are going to visit graz ?

have already found it
seems to be a cool thing - but still - we have to wait till the 5th july, first tour date ... i somehow think that there won't be a K700 in june, because there is no K700 on the tour page ... and this tour as i said starts beginning of july

they are at mediamarkt also on the 1 and 2 of june
