ok...here u go
we got there early n the traffic was already bad
the chariot arrives
in the morning haze...errr.....smoke more likely
the stalls by jln ipoh are filled with peddlers
hawking their stuff and offering FOC drinks
the chariot stops awhile and the devotees gather
a slight detour as the chariot cud not get pass the jln ipoh pedestrian overpass brings us to the ceremonial breaking of coconuts by the roadside
this is done with gusto...trust me....dem nuts are hard to break
music courtesy of the accompanying travellin musicians...hardly MTV stuff
this lucky bloke doesn't hafta walk.....
silver horses lead the chariot where he hitchikes on
and here are the devotees and their offerings

well...thats it...hope u fellas enjoyed the pictorial
will see if i haf time to go batu caves after work to shoot some more

Why is that? By the way a monkey in that cave nicked my lighter! Well that cheeky monkey got a suprise coming when it cheews a hole in the lighter! Anyways no luck at EricServe today
BTW im heading over to Singapore Tomorow. But i will be back in a cuppel of says so no worries! Btw the weather in Lumpaland has treated me like a royale prince!
