It makes sense for Patti since it's a Walkman version of C902 and we know that C902 is not A300.

or maybe mizzle is just trying to tame the threads and prevent over-hyping before the announcements. I guess walking in with an open mind not knowing what to expect is better than knowing too much and becoming disappointed after.

Well the phones we are expecting are safe by the sounds of things: Shiho, Patty, Paris, Beibei, etc should arrive roughly how we expect them to. What I'm thinking is that perhaps this disappointment is more to do with the company's direction. Maybe we are about to hear an announcement from SE about focusing on the low end of the range for another year. Now I'm sure that would disappoint.

No, it I'll be a more obvious disappointment.
My guess is,
if it's NOT specs/cancellation related,
they'll announce a deep cooperation with WindowsMobile, to battle against Nokia/Apple. The announcement sheet says about NEW and exciting things...
To follow the superphone's X1 announcement and the whole Xperia new series.
My guess is, if they are investing to show such a strong device - X1 - on WM,
certainly NOT to make JUST a one phone on that system.
That's my guess...
