I hope Sony would not recreate last year's T/TX & V situation with this year's honami & the mysterious phone. A flagship should be more superior than a mid-ranger!

Personally, i do hope for several devices to choose from.
Honami is great on paper so far, but if the mystery phone is a camera centric looking like the render from litoni, it would be great and i would look into it.
You could get either:
- the best screen size, togari, but not the best camera, maybe audio, etc...
- the best compromise for many if not most people, honami.
- the next best compromise with smaller form factor, the 4.x incher honami, i guess extra compromises with the camera so it is smaller and slimmer, for people not comfortable with honami size/thickness
- Or the best camera with almost no compromise for imaging, but then necessary compromises in thickness, water resistance or maybe screen, audio or cpu: maybe the mystery device redered by Litoni.
I think it makes sense, as in some markets, i see it in japan which i guess sony cannot afford to overlook currently, phones only sell well for a couple of month except iphone.
I understand sony would want to change that and be in a similar position to apple, but currently they are not and it would be very risky not to have other high end phones in the pipeline, at least as a back-up plan if the plan was to become apple in h2 2013.
So my guess is we will see other high end phones, no need to be disapointed it is economic necessity.
But it is just a guess

if this turns out to be Honami i will be disappointed really... it looks just like Z with some changes!! We heard that " ohh Honami will be the most beautiful phone ever made " but this is just meeeh.... I prefer the first render!

@sami92a You may not like the Z but many do. It comes down to personal preference. For me the Z is one of the most beautiful smartphones on the market. Plus this is just a render, wait until you see it for yourself up close before you judge...
