Clark- yup, hope all semicon branches will improve the service they give.

In all fairness, the intention to improve is there and I have observed that some branches have indeed improved their service.

@Clark, point of clarification lang muna. Does your reply mean that Semicon SM City would stick to the usual procedures until the extra TSA arrive?

All megamall semicon employees are RUDE. They should get more training on customer service. I will never go back there for anything. My cousin doesnt even go there in person to buy phones, she just sends her driver. Bastos daw kasi mga tao don. I totally agree with her.

When I went to Semicon Rockwell, the OIC there was helpful enough to call on megamall and centerpoint for my ICT-13. Luckily, SM Centerpoint has 4 available stocks left. Also, accomodating din naman ang staff sa centerpoint.
IMO, nasa outlook na ng person yan if they want to be accomodating or not. Hope just they improve....

Well, for me, i think the semicon staff at megamall are ok. I bought my phone there and almost all my accessories, one by one, at different times. I just had one bad experience with the technician assigned there when the backlights of my newly bought unit suddenly got busted. But other than that, i think their service was satisfactory naman.
But you know what, semicon branches here in davao have really friendly staff. My hat's off to them. :-]

it would help if you are objective in stating your complaint. a generalization (All megamall semicon employees are RUDE) would be more of a hindrance (makes them all defensive), rather than help them improve or understand the situation.
maybe you can share what transpired during your transaction with them, and how you arrived at your conclusion that all of them are rude.

Comparisons could also be made before and after this thread had been started. Somehow, there has been an open communication between Semicon and Ericsson customers which helps in dealing with specific problems and this truly helps everyone.
The willingness is there and the implementation is done little by little and criticisms could be done in a constructive way.
