@firewired, we can upgrade your phone even its sim locked to the operator but we can't unlocked your phone and according to the lady your phone is sim locked to other country. I recomend you need to unlock your phone first before we upgrade, to make it sure that your phone is working here. Its a waste of money if we upgrade it and later you can not unlock.

I don't think smartnet or any other SESC's will get the Adriatic Blue cover for the simple fact that it's an AT&T special cover. It's like those 7110s in GH that have an ORANGE logo on the mic flip.
Baka pwede tayo mag request ng ESATO Cyclone Blue A-cover for t68. hehe... wishful thinking...

good evening to everyone! i just have a question to all smartnet technicians. - I dropped my T68i and after a few minutes it hungged and automatically turned off. Now i can't even turn my phone on. Has anyone encountered this problem? Do I need to replace some parts? Can anyone give me a diagnostic based on the facts that I wrote. Thanks for all the help.
