surprisingly, my garden fence is still standing, even after i offered odds on it collapsing in october. might even get round to getting it fixed at some point. doubt it though.

Arse. Paul: no mate, im sussex.. John: ha ha. A group of school children have a bag full of 12 coloured counters. They pick three, record the colours and then put them back in the bag. They do this 1000 times, and find that the frequency of getting 3 red counters in a turn is 16. Show why 4 is an accurate estimate of the number of red counters in the bag.
