The 3100 i got from 02 was unlocked but so far i have had 3 times when i have checked the phone sim card registration failed on the screen. I have to turn phone off & on again, bloody cheap crap

turns out one of the phones is unlocked now, i checked again and it worked. the other one says restriction summit or nuthing.

*not the real numbers
"Your Parcel/Tracking Number is: ?" What does this mean (the ? bit)? Do they not know the tracking number?
Ps i didnt pay any extra for a faster delivery.
