W800 does have an option to format the memory stick. Just push the "More" button while in File Manager, and the option is there obviously.

Out on Orange UK website today. Free on contract and £149.99 on payg. Not bad price. Screen is still too small compared to K800 but still a steal at that price.

Well i had W800i and i had NO format option .. i guess there is some different between my firmware and your´s guys .. but anyway we talk about K610i right now and NO i could not find any Memory Stick Format option yet ....
And by the way, the latest firmeware out is the first release

I went to the Service point to check out that FORMAT option !! they took my phone and updated the firmware .. !! now the FORMAT option availble !! and the firmware # still same as the first release !!
