Yes, it works. But I think you should upgrade to R5C. It is a newer version. Also there is no chinese in R5C.

thanks for the info i thought that R5C is for the T68i only, i guess its for me too. what's a logger anyway? is that hardware or software? do we really have to buy that? and where can i dl the ericsson client? i already have the service (not data) cable. i tried using the service cable for in mypictures and it didnt work thats why i knew that it was a service cable. im using a drs-11 as my data cable. i just bought that service cable by accident but it might be useful.

You haven't read enough...a instruction has been posted in other post...it's called "summary of remote flashing...blah blah blah"...find it yourself. Actually if you have read this thread post by post, you will get the answer.

I readed throught this forum and heard a lot about upgrading and new firmware..

But there is one question that was never answered and that is how do you unlock the phone?

Please provide some instruction in how to do that? Is there codes and if so where do i get such codes??

This thread is not about unlocking, it's about flashing, that's why we didn't talk about it. Actually, remote unlocking has been an old topic, and it is not danger to that at all. You can find the instruction in any package of ericslient. It's a easy thing. Just press read GDFS is ok. It requires one credit.

hi! just yesterday i just upgraded my T68m from R2e to R5D007. The language sets are english, french, spanish & french. thanks again waikincheng for that last post, it answers all our questions hehe
