haha must be true because i'm on that but paying 35 a month for it, on 12 months and free K800i.
they could do nothing to better it and i send 800+ txts a month so i cant cut down to 500, that would be 30 quid more a month straight away!
suits me in all fairness.. think you gotta be careful because they tried to fob me off onto a 18month contract and thats maybe what some people might be quoted on here with silly low prices.

yea it looks like this is the case, they're pretty strict this year, and even said i might not be able to keep my current tariff if i upgraded this year.
i politely told them where they could stick that idea
ringing to order my k800 in a bit, i'm such a geek!

Did you manage to get through to them today?

Keep telling me there systems are down today.

Any fear of o2 people checking out forums like this and making it much more difficult for us?

Yeah i had the same problem most of the day, try phoning the upgrade line and select option 2, option 2. Tell them you want to cancel your contract and that you just want to order it online, then let the bartering commence!!

Good luck

I just got through no problem on the select number - upgraded on a 12 month contract, double minutes and text for six months, free phone. Didn't even mention the idea of me paying anything for it ... big bills

Yeah big bills helps get big discounts. Have always managed to negotiate good discounts. Only been paying £9 a month for last 12 months

If some of you have been reading my previous posts on another very well known site,

I too have ordered mine today, with a huge reduction in my bill,

400any time any network mins, 500txts @ £20pm and a free K800, Rententions is the key if you are already an online customer, new orders are extremely unlikely at the moment
