to do a chargeback you contact your own bank and they do everything not that person you have sent the money to. This usually always gets the money back and if a few people do it in quick sucsession the bank will prob get very suspisious and ask lil marky wot the f**k is goin on!
So get your moneys back get him abit worried then go make him learn his lesson!

@sammy thats correct, ask the bank to dispute the charges, they will look into the matter and take the money from his account and back into yours. also the his card will be blacklisted against your name. so no more transactions can happen between the same two accounts after the chargeback.

Hello folks, I nearly went through with a deal for a K800i he was supposedly selling on SE-NSE, but I backed out when he couldn't provide me with any past transaction details or answer any of my questions. Thought it was a bit shifty at the time!
Oh and last time he logged on there was 2006-09-01 23:59. Hmm, he's either been incredibly busy today or has gone into hiding!
