I'm sorry, but unless this is indeed a localized issue, the K750i doesn't come close to matching the sound quality of a W950i. I have a K750i and a W800i sitting in front of me right at this very moment, and there's no comparison whatsoever between those phones and my W950i. The W950i's sound is so much more full and rich and it has much better base as well. You guys are just plain crazy IMHO.

You could update to R9C if it is available on the branded version you have but I doubt it.
The CDA/FW you have would appear to be a branded version, which you could take off with TMS or suchlike seeing as it's impractical to send it to us as we discussed.
If you can indeed get it debranded the there is newer firmware for you, however you have R9 at the moment so thats not too shabby at all.

The cda needs to be altered aswell in order for seus to keep it generic, other wise it will go back to branded correct?
