What makes you say that?
The introduction price is always higher than the actual price you pay for it when it's available.
The W950 has never been that expensive. It was around €600,- when it became available.
Same goes for the K800i, it was priced around €450 when it became available. Now the German press release says the K850i will be priced €599.
I dont really believe those figures, I expect the prices to go down pretty fast.
